EQUALL Campaign
Winner of AAF Akron’s Student Silver ADDY award.
A campaign for good, EQUALL is a cause spreading awareness of verbal discrimination and abuse women deal with. From extreme cases to things that are so common they’re perceived as normal, harassment has become all too common for women and should be addressed and taken seriously. The words we say matter, and though we may have reached a new step forward in equality, there are still changes to be made and words to reassess to truly view each other as respected equals.
This campaign features dramatic image and type interactions, striking color uses, and really takes a closer look about what “equal” really means. Digital and physical media combine as one in this campaign- with hand-set type being overlapped photography in photoshop.
